At Dekenah Ministries, every product is created and packaged with prayer, care, and excellence. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products include edible items (cookies) and custom prophetic art pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

Cookies and all edible products (for health and safety reasons)

Custom or personalized prophetic art or mugs

Gift cards or downloadable items
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care to ensure every order arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

The packaging it arrived in

Your order number
Once verified, we will gladly:

Replace the item at no extra cost, or

Offer a refund if a replacement cannot be provided

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should courier your product to
the address provided by Anchor Health in your return mail.
You will be responsible for paying for your own courier costs
for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return courier will be credited by 50% to your refund.
Provided that you send us a proof of your courier invoice.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable courier service or purchasing courier insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
