At Dekenah Ministries, every order is prepared with care, prayer, and excellence. We take great pride in creating and packaging each prophetic art piece and cookie order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

1. Processing Time

All orders are carefully hand-prepared and packaged. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
During busy seasons or when artwork is made to order, processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you updated.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

  • Local orders (within South Africa) generally arrive sooner.

  • Remote or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
We aim to keep shipping rates fair and affordable.

 

 

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

We do our best to ensure every parcel arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [insert email address].
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

We will gladly assist in replacing the item or resolving the issue.

5. International Orders 

At this stage, Dekenah Ministries ships within South Africa only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

6. Order Address & Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.
